Primary & Family Care
Smith County Family Practice emphasizes the importance of preventive care by encouraging annual wellness checks, regular medication reviews and routine visits for chronic illness.
The provider team at SCFP specializes in family medicine and sees patients from newborn to 99 years-old and beyond. No matter a person’s age, developing a relationship with a provider for preventive care can mean early detection of chronic illness later in life.
Our providers pay attention to each patient’s unique health history offering screenings like mammograms and colonoscopies as well as helping to recommend and reinforce healthy lifestyle habits. The team at SCFP has established relationships with specialists who can provide additional follow-up or diagnosis based on referrals.
